The new record was produced by Don Was and features Lee on guitars, Doyle Bramhall, Jr. (Eric Clapton) on guitar, Spooner Oldham (Neil Young, Aretha Franklin) on keys, Pino Palladino (The Who, D’Angelo) on bass and James Gadson (Bill Withers) on drums, among others.

Heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath were reborn in 1980 when founding members Tony Iommi and Terry “Geezer” Butler added lead vocalist Ronnie James Dio to the line-up, which already included Vinny Appice. Their short-lived but unforgettable time together added a legendary chapter to Sabbath’s storied history and now Rhino is revitalizing their demonic fury with remastered editions of their three studio releases Heaven And Hell, Mob Rules, Dehumanizer plus Live Evil.
Originally released in 1982, Live Evil is an in-concert masterpiece and a testament to the raw power of Sabbath’s Dio, Iommi, Butler and Appice configuration. Features fourteen epic live tracks including blazing versions of “E5150,” “Heaven And Hell,” “Paranoid,” “Iron Man,” “War Pigs” and “The Mob Rules.” This Double LP edition also includes in-depth liner notes and band interviews.

The London based rock duo known as The Kills subtly and organically fuses pop, glam, blues, art-punk and hip-hop in a manner that darts between light and dark, funny and morbid, experimental yet charming. Their third full length, Midnight Boom is a short, sharp twelve track album of sensual, fresh and atmospheric songs that reminds us that no one on earth makes rock 'n' roll quite like The Kills.
The band worked with Spank Rock producer Alex Epton (aka Armani XXXchange), to try and create a grittier, fuller sound. "We wanted to create modern playground songs, with really upbeat melodies and dark lyrics, like kids used to sing during recess," says guitarist Jamie Hince.

Remastered from the Original Analog Tapes by Kevin Grey at Acoustech and Pressed on 180g RTI vinyl! True Audiophile-Quality!
If Astral Weeks was the work of a poet, its sequel was the statement of a true musician and bandleader. Van Morrison’s Moondance is that rare rock album where the band has buffed the arrangements to pure perfection. The pastoral imagery of the sweetly nostalgic album opener, "And It Stoned Me," establishes the dominant lyrical motif recurring throughout the album and virtually every track is bathed in natural wonder, whether it's the nocturnal magic celebrated by the title cut or the unlimited promise offered in "Brand New Day." At the heart of the record is "Caravan," an incantatory ode to the power of radio; equally stirring is the majestic "Into the Mystic," a song of elemental beauty and grace. Moondance shows an artist enraptured by a new-found musical freedom, blending together elements of gospel, rhythm & blues, jazz and rock and from this moment on everything Van sang had soul. This LP is guaranteed to beat any pressing you've ever heard! Our highest recommendation!

October (On Sale) U2 $17.99
180 Gram Audiophile Virgin Vinyl LP - Sealed
Following the re-mastered release of The Joshua Tree last year, Edge has overseen a similar re-mastering of U2's first three albums; Boy (1980), October (1981) and War (1983), all of which have been re-mastered from the original audio tapes and will be released on 180g virgin vinyl. The packaging on all three titles has been restored and expanded, with new liner notes for each record, previously unseen photos and full lyrics.
U2's sophomore release, October was where it all came together for the band and it was the first true glimpse at the type of music and ambition that would eventually make them international superstars. It was here that U2's message, melody and overall sound began to effectively coalesce as Edge's effects-heavy guitar, Bono's politically charged lyrics and the bands bold, anthemic arrangements began to emerge.

Original Boardwalk Style, a live album from Trey Anastasio and the Undectet released on Trey's own Rubber Jungle Records. Proceeds from the sale of the album will benefit the Seven Below Arts Initiative, established by Trey in 2006 to foster artistic development and support arts education in the state of Vermont.
The album was recorded at the House of Blues in Atlantic City, NJ on December 30th and 31st of 2006, coming at the end of the band's holiday tour. The two shows marked the culmination of a long year of touring and growth of what began as a six-piece sextet in the beginning of the year and progressed into a full-force eleven member Undectet.
The raw energy of a well-oiled band at the top of its game permeated the set as the composer/vocalist/guitarist led The Undectet -- comprised of Tony Hall (bass, vocals), Ray Paczkowski (keyboards), Jeff Sipe (drums), Christina Durfee (vocals, synthesizer), Jennifer Hartswick (vocals, trumpet), Peter Apfelbaum (saxophone, flute), Russell Remington (saxophone, flute), Jeff Cressman (trombone), Dave Grippo (saxophone) and Cyro Baptista (percussion) -- through electrifying big band arrangements of his classic songs, replete with big horns and dazzling Brazilian percussive stylings.
Original Boardwalk Style features over 75 minutes of music, remixed from the multitrack masters by Trey and Ben Collette at Rubber Jungle Studios and mastered by Fred Kevorkian at Kevorkian Mastering. In addition to CD and digital download formats, the album will be available as a double-gatefold, audiophile grade 180-gram LP vinyl pressing.
A bona-fide thrash metal masterpiece, Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? combines a punkish political awareness with a dark, threatening, typically heavy metal worldview and it remains one of the most powerful and contagious thrash records of the era. It catapulted Megadeth into the mainstream music scene and earned them worldwide attention from both critics and the heavy metal community alike. In addition to the propulsive title track, the album features the scorchers "Wake Up Dead," "Black Friday" and "My Last Words" among others.

First time Vinyl Pressing-Two LP set of the reissue of his 1998 release which was showered with critical praise upon its initial release. Rufus Wainwright's debut album established him as the massive talent that he remains today. The child of acclaimed folk songwriters Loudon Wainwright III and Kate McGarrigle, Rufus' style owes more to the orchestral pop of Scott Walker or Van Dyke Parks (whose orchestral arrangements adorn much of this album), the opera, and the work of Edith Piaf and Judy Garland, than it does his own musical lineage. The debut pop classic from one of this generation's most important artists. Tracklisting includes 'Foolish Love', 'Danny Boy', 'April Fools?,? With their fourth release, Rust In Peace, Megadeth reached musical maturity and the album showcased a much tighter sound, with Dave 'Mega Dave' Mustaine's writing style adopting a rhythmically complex progressive edge. From "Holy Wars" to "Lucretia" and "Five Magics" to "Dawn Patrol," "Hangar 18" and the title track, Rust In Peace is an aggressive affair and one of Megadeth's strongest musical efforts. The album was certified Platinum in 1994 and also received Grammy nominations in 1990 and 1991 for Best Metal Performance.

A musical love letter from Southern California, That Lucky Old Sun continues the awe-inspiring concept album journey that Brian Wilson first began with The Beach Boys’ 1966 classic, Pet Sounds and has continued to evolve during his solo career, highlighted by his 2004 critically-acclaimed Brian Wilson Presents Smile. The four transitional narratives, co-written with Van Dyke Parks and spoken by Wilson, offer cameos on life and the heartbeat of Los Angeles which propels the album’s musical story.
That Lucky Old Sun is an autobiographical, intimate, personal and emotional work from a living legend who is widely recognized as one of the world’s greatest composers and musicians. Produced by Brian Wilson and recorded in the Capitol Records studios where he first recorded in 1962. Available here on Limited Edition, Collector’s 180g Gatefold LP.
