Originally released in the UK on 6th January, 1978 ’BEAUTY AND THE BEAST’ was the 2nd single to be taken from the album “HEROES”,which was recorded at the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin. King Crimson’s Robert Fripp plays on the track and has claimed that the lead guitar used on ‘Beauty And The Beast’ was his first take having arrived directly at Hansa Studios from New York.
The AA of the 7” picture disc is a previously unreleased live version of the “HEROES”album track ‘BLACKOUT’recorded on the 16th May, 1978 at the Deutschlandhalle, Berlin during the ISOLAR II tour.

Limited edition 7” picture disc double-A side single of “HEROES” to celebrate its 40th anniversary. The AA side features a previously unreleased live recording from Marc Bolan’s British TV show, originally broadcast on 20th September, 1977.
Originally released in the UK in June 1977 BE MY WIFE was the 2nd and last single to be taken from the groundbreaking album LOW, the first of the so-called Berlin Trilogy of albums. The video for the track, which was Bowie s first since 1973 s Life On Mars?, was directed by Stanley Dorfman the original producer & director of the BBC s Top of The Pops.
The AA of the 7 picture disc is a previously unreleased live version of the instrumental LOW track ART DECADE recorded in Perth, Australia in 1978 during the ISOLAR II tour.

Originally released in the UK on February 11th, 1977, SOUND AND VISION was taken from the groundbreaking album Low,the first of the so-called "Berlin Trilogy" of albums. The song gave its name to Bowie's anthology boxed set and it's accompanying greatest hits tour in 1990 and is the only track actually performed by him in his stage play Lazurus.
The A-side features a brand new remaster of the track and the flip side sees the first physical release of the 2013 remix of the song. The stripped back remix by Sonjay Prabhakar was originally done for a Sony Experia advertisement and utilizes the original lead vocals and Mary Hopkin's backing vocal with a new piano part.
