    Tinderbox (Pre-Order)

Prolific and always evolving, never wanting to be left standing still Siouxsie & The Banshees' Tinderbox is the seventh studio album in no more than eight years almost ten years since they took to the stage at the 100 club for 20 minutes of improvised chaos. The single 'Cities In Dust' widely regarded as one of Sioux's greatest vocal performances and quickly followed by 'Cannons' the albums finest track chimes perfectly with the times as the 80s started to spiral out of control. Remastered from the original ¼" tapes and cut at half speed at Abbey Road studios, London. Both artwork and audio have personally been overseen and orchestrated by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin.

    Through The Looking Glass (Pre-Order)

You could argue that after seven studio albums a covers album might seem a somewhat step back creatively, not so with Through The Looking Glass - The songs carefully chosen to reflect the individuals own childhood and teenage years, these had to ring true for Sioux to sing them and to believe in them. Remastered from the original ¼" tapes and cut at half speed at Abbey Road studios, London. Both artwork and audio have personally been overseen and orchestrated by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin. The Banshees cover songs such as Sparks' 'This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both Of Us', Roxy Music's 'Sea Breezes' and The Doors 'You're Lost Little Girl' their infinite capacity to surprise making each one their own.

    The Top (Awaiting Repress)

The Top is the fifth studio album by English band The Cure, originally released on April 30th, 1984 by Fiction Records, on Polydor. After recording a psychedelic album Blue Sunshine for the one-off project The Glove during the summer 1983, Robert Smith finished off the year composing and working on two other studio albums at the same time: The Top for the Cure and Hyæna for Siouxsie and the Banshees. Smith was still the official guitarist of Siouxsie and the Banshees while he wrote The Top. The album was eclectic and saw Smith using all kinds of instruments, including violin and flute. Bird Mad Girl is in a Spanish style while The Wailing Wall contains Middle-Eastern undertones.

For The Top, Smith teamed up with another Cure founding member Lol Tolhurst who had given up drums for keyboards, and new member drummer Andy Anderson who had previously performed on the UK top 10 single The Lovecats. Porl Thompson was credited for playing saxophone on Give Me It. All the songs are credited by Smith bar three tracks co-written with Tolhurst, The Caterpillar, Bird Mad Girl and Piggy in the Mirror.

Both artwork and audio have personally been overseen and orchestrated by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin - Join Hands was a more poignant and haunting LP than their debut, Siouxsie Sioux's voice used to devastating effect complimenting albums tone and atmosphere. Sisters Of The Red Death

Vendetta Red's second LP includes twelve monstrous guitar tracks filled with manic energy, crescendo-ing guitars, symphonic overtures, and even some old-school hardcore aggression. It's also incredibly diverse. The thrashy Banshee and Joyless Euphoria should satisfy fans of VR's earlier, heavier material, while more daring tracks such as Dark Heart Silhouette and Silhouette Serenade share a symphonic, keyboard-drenched pop sensibility. Introducing The Sonics

The Sonics, fronted by Gerry Roslie's banshee vocals, blow-torched the mists of Seattle in 1966 like the fiery exhaust from a jumbo-jet. With their trademark scorched-earth guitar sounds, they created a mind-numbing assortment of Sonics' classics: You Got Your Head On Backwards, Like No Other Man, Psycho, The Witch and simultaneously reinvented garage rock powerhouses like I'm A Man, Diddy Wah Diddy and much more. This heavy-duty BeatRocket vinyl edition of the group's 1966 Jerden album adds 4 rare bonus cuts to the original killer disc. No one has done it this raw ever since!

    Led Zeppelin III

Remastered from the Original Master Tapes by Jimmy Page and Pressed at Pallas In Germany

On their first two albums, Led Zeppelin unleashed a relentless barrage of heavy blues and rockabilly riffs, but Led Zeppelin III provided the band with the necessary room to grow musically. While there are still a handful of metallic rockers, III is built on a folky, acoustic foundation that gives the music extra depth. And even the rockers aren't as straightforward as before: the galloping Immigrant Song is powered by Robert Plant's banshee wail, Celebration Day turns blues-rock inside out with a warped slide guitar riff, and Out on the Tiles lumbers along with a tricky, multi-part riff. Nevertheless, the heart of the album lies on the second side, when the band delve deeply into English folk. Gallows Pole updates a traditional tune with a menacing flair, and Bron-Y-Aur Stomp is an infectious acoustic romp, while That's the Way and Tangerine are shimmering songs with graceful country flourishes. The band hasn't left the blues behind, but the twisted bottleneck blues of Hats off to (Roy) Harper actually outstrips the epic Since I've Been Loving You, which is the only time Zeppelin sound a bit set in their ways.

    The Hunt Begins

2007: The cover art of the first record Sacred Bones ever released depicted an
androgynous wild banshee wearing warpaint, clad all in leather and animal
bones, holding a sacrificial knife pointed at the sky. This debut single was The
Hunt's lone statement. The songs were a visceral pulsation, etched in echo.
The band appeared veiled in black scarves, painted faces bringing in devotees of
the waves of old: post punk, darkwave, deathrock and the like. The sick fiends
that followed, followed to the end; as bright as their flame shone, as dark was
their demise. London, structure fires, and mental institutions all played a part in
the downfall of the originators of 21st century redskin darkwave.

2009: After multiple tumultuous attempts at recording a full length The Hunt
decamped to their collective hometown, Boston, to record the ultimate
document of their time on earth. Buses begat buses, couches begat couches, and
slowly the songs began to come together as they should have all these passing
years. On the edge of perfection their time was cut short and this document sat
for years, untouched by human hands.

2013: The Hunt lives on. In honor of both the first and one hundredth release,
we will finally see and hear the toils of New York's most enigmatic post
punk band of recent. Ian Danger, percussive wunderkind; Mike O'Brien, whose
    four strings drew blood nightly; Christian Kount, master of negative space;
and Jasper McGandy, the man who's hopes for a darker future led them towards
a reality we only now have the honor of witnessing. After all these years the
time has come. The Hunt Begins.

    The Sinister Urge

    Picture Disc

Hard rock's brightest shock rocker avoids the sophomore slump on the fun and energetic The Sinister Urge. Zombie's trademark growl is still in fine form, roaring over the 11 tracks with his unique blend of acid-throated venom. But most interesting are the directions he tries to bring to his familiar sound, which he has been cultivating since the hardcore punk days of White Zombie. Never Gonna Stop (The Red, Red Kroovy) is the most apparent example of this, a song that borders on pop with its groovy handclaps and acoustic guitars. But not to be worried, the chorus kicks back into classic Zombie, complete with sampled crowd chants and his trademark yeah. Going to California has a similar vibe, albeit darker and with a Welcome to My Nightmare-era Alice Cooper showbiz quality to it. But when it comes time to rock out, Zombie is more than ready. Dead Girl Superstar is probably the best of the bunch, raging along at lightning speed and featuring an awesome guest appearance by Slayer guitarist Kerry King. Iron Head is also quite good, matching Zombie's bark with guest singer Ozzy Osbourne's trademark banshee wail over a swaggering beat and chugging riff. And finally there is House of 1000 Corpses, the theme from the film Zombie directed that apparently offended Universal Studios so much that they refused to release it. The song is a nice departure for him, like a Leonard Cohen song filtered through Violator-era Depeche Mode. It is the slow burn of this last track that shows the most promise; after years of making good heavy metal, he finally expands the boundaries of his own sound. Few metal musicians kept their sound fresh for as long as Zombie, and this album is no exception. This may not win any new fans, but anyone who enjoyed his old material will probably find this to be a welcome addition to their collection.

    Kiss Kiss Kill Kill

Their third release finds the band perfectly poised between the raw punk energy of their 2004 debut, Hell Yeah, and the brash, singalong pop of 2006's Bring It On. While never dropping their trademark sexy, horror flick flair, Kiss Kiss Kill Kill brings back the rawness and immediacy that's made them the premier touring band in the scene. They just finished two tours with the Dropkick Murphys and a tour with Danzig, have shared the stage with the likes of Rancid and The Offspring, and have been on several Warped Tour runs. RIYL: Nekromantix, Rev. Horton Heat, Siouxsie And The Banshees, X, Stray Cats, surf, punk, ska, and good ol' rock 'n' roll.

Part drama, part black comedy, "I, Tonya" is one of the most anticipated films heading into awards season following a successful run on the film festival circuit.

    Bad Powers

From the first palm-muted guitar notes and rupturing bass and drum jabs of album opener New Bruises there's an urgency and freshness to the band's sound that transcends genre trappings. Tweed, sounding vaguely reminiscent of Uzi/Live Skull/Come howler Thalia Zedek, barrels in with rasping, urgent bite. Slithering synths courtesy of Zombi's Steve Moore coil and strangulate as the band moves in for the kill. Elsewhere, Eves and Eyes tiptoes in beneath a chorus of suspense-building violin and cello tremolos as the band slowly builds to gale-force riff. Bread and Butter finds Tweed harmonizing with guest vocalist and esteemed composer Lisa Papineau (Air, Big Sir) on the chorus, too tired to satisfy as guitars, bass and drums twist and churn alongside the squealing string section. On Millennium, Bad Powers sound like a post-punk spy movie with guest vocalist Eugene Robinson (Oxbow) leading the charge. Throughout the album, Egan and Cooper seem to have developed a new language for their unique brand of tension building and explosive release, while Tobin's guitar attack has become alternately icy and syrupy as it fills in all the gaps in unexpected ways. At times, Tweed wails with the fury of legendary Gits singer Mia Zapata and other times she intones with the rich confidence of Zola Jesus' Nika Danilova or Siouxsie Sioux of Siouxsie and the Banshees. Altogether, Bad Powers is a new and ominous beast.

20th Century Women (Music From The Motion Picture)

Director Mike Mills first made his mark on the silver screen with the Academy Award-winning film Beginners, but his back catalog is also filled with a number of music videos, including those for songs by Everything But The Girl ("Temperamental"), Moby ("Run On"), Air ("All I Need"), Mansun ("Legacy"), Pulp ("Party Hard"), and Air ("Sexy Boy"). His appreciation of music also extends to the soundtracks of his films, and with 20TH CENTURY WOMEN, his latest cinematic endeavor, he's managed to put together one of the most musically diverse compilations in recent memory.

This is not praise derived from a desire to play up new product. This is simply the reality of the situation. How else to describe a compilation which sandwiches "Basin Street Blues," by Louis Armstrong & His Hot Five between tracks by Talking Heads and The Raincoats? We're talking about a musical landscape which finds Fred Astaire, Benny Goodman, and Rudy Vallee rubbing elbows with Siouxsie and the Banshees, Devo, and the Buzzcocks. It shouldn't work, and yet somehow it does.

The second season of 13 Reasons Why picks up in the aftermath of Hannah Baker's death and the start of the characters' complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah's death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay Jensen and his classmates to the discovery that Hannah wasn't the only one to suffer at the hands of Liberty's elite. This season the truth will come out - in and out of the courtroom.

After 13 Reasons Why launched last year, it ruled THR's Top TV Songs chart with a record-setting seven songs - the most ever for a single television series. The original version of Lord Huron's "The Night We Met" topped the TV Songs chart for two consecutive months and has 219 million Spotify streams to date.

    Summon

NYC's Bloody Panda released their critically lauded sophomore album Summon in late 2009 via Profound Lore Records. Now, 20 Buck Spin has the honor of bringing this harrowing, disturbing vision of doom to the analog format. Characterized by a horror-inflected wall of amplifier drone and stunning percussive arrangements that showcase a variety of tempos, Summon is a one-hour journey through the lowest depths and dankest dark chambers of doom. Frontwoman Yoshiko Ohara conjures both Diamanda Galas and Jarboe with her banshee-like screams, howls and vocal exorcisms. There's no doubt Summon is a difficult masterpiece of modern experimentalist doom abstraction, and it can now be enjoyed on four sides of pitch black wax. Included is a DVD for a visual interpretation of side-long, 21-minute track Miserere.

    The Blackest Beautiful

LP Contains CD Of Full Album.

From the streets of Inglewood CA come letlive. Their self-produced and released debut Fake History was picked up by Epitaph in 2011,and quickly established the band as a force to be reckoned with, inheritors of that uncategorizable blend that made bands like the Deftones, Mars Volta and Rage Against the Machine so crucial.

Such was the rapt reception for the album that by end of year frontman Jason Aalon Butler was being named the #1 rock star in the world by Kerrang (yes, #1,that's not a typo). Mixing hardcore punk, metalcore, and even jazz and R&B influences in their sound (Jason's dad was a well-known LA bandleader who pioneered rock/soul crossover with Eric Burdon), letlive.'s melting pot of influences reflects the melting-pot Los Angeles neighborhood in which the band came together.

Now with their proper debut on the label, The Blackest Beautiful, the band comes fully prepared with a mammoth sonic attack, produced by longtime co-conspirator Kit Walters and mixed by pop guru
Stephen George (Britney Spears, Michael Jackson).

Opening salvo "Banshee (Ghost Frame)" announces a band that has remained loyal to their hardcore origins, while tracks like "Younger" and "Pheromone
Cvlt" display a new melodic sophistication.

    Subjective Concepts

Strange Wilds is a musical power-trio from Olympia, Washington.

There are three members: Allen, who plays drums; Sean, who plays bass; and Steven, who sings and plays the guitar. There is also a freight train, several buzzsaws, a banshee, and some heavy, heavy Pacific doom-and-gloom up in the mix.

The group formed in 2012, when Steven met Sean while Sean's band from Boise was playing a gig in a house where Steven lived. They became friends, and several months later Steven called Sean, who had just relocated to Olympia for college, to form the band. They were called Wet, and gigged around the West Coast as a four-piece. Allen was added as a full-time member in 2014 after a line-up change, and the band changed its name to Strange Wilds to release a 4-song EP and tour immediately. Sub Pop came calling, and signed the band last fall. The band is now set to release its full-length debut, Subjective Concepts, this summer.

Strange Wilds slays with the hellish fury of the Northwest hardcore scene's best, the heavenly scuzz of a Bleach-era Nirvana, and the purgatorial punishment of Touch & Go post-rock meets Devo's de-evolution machine. The 11 songs here bleed with the hybrid DNA of Seattle's past and future, disparate scenes fused together with sneering.

Too Old Too Cold (Out of Stock)

Darkthrone originally formed in the late 80's as a thrash/death metal act & progressed through a period technical death and doom metal experimentation to become legends of the black metal world & one of the leading bands of the Norwegian scene.

The 'Too Old Too Cold' EP had its original release at the dawn of 2006 and acted as a precursor to the band's triumphant Peaceville comeback album, the revelatory black and roll release, 'The Cult is Alive'. As a showcase for this sleek new incarnation of Darkthrone, and with the band firmly back in control of their sound courtesy of their new Necrohell 2 Studio set-up, 'Too Old Too Cold' showed that the band was here to stay, and lead the way. Commenting back then, Fenriz defined the shift in style as "probably something like MOTORHEAD meeting HELLHAMMER on a CRUST PUNK/ NECROTHRASH gig in '85".

Featuring one of the undeniable highlights of 'The Cult is Alive', the catchy and soaring 'Too Old Too Cold' with its razor-sharp riffs begins proceedings here, followed by the exclusive track 'High on Cold War', featuring a guest appearance by Enslaved's Grutle Kjellson on vocals. Also featured is an alternate rendition of 'Graveyard Slut' plus an unexpected yet perfectly suited cover version of Siouxsie and the Banshees' 'Love in a Void'. This edition includes the bonus track 'Bad Attitude', originally by US punk rockers, Testors.
