    Includes CD

Born out of the Bay Area punk scene, Set Your Goals first grabbed the worldfs attention with their critically acclaimed, fan]favorite album Mutiny!, released in 2006. 2009fs Epitaph debut This Will Be the Death of Us solidified their place as one of the best bands in the scene, along with garnering some serious airplay for The Few That Remain, their collaboration with Hayley from Paramore.

Now comes Burning at Both Ends, supported by the bandfs most ambitious national run yet on the entire 2011 Warped Tour. Burning at Both Ends returns the focus of the last album back to what Set Your Goals do best: passionate, positive punk in the tradition of classic 90s Epitaph bands.

    Burn Motherfucker Burn

Created by former 98 Mute band mates Jason Page (guitarist/music) and Justin Thirsk (throat/drummer/ words), whose older brother, Jason Thirsk (R.I.P.), was the founding member and former lyricist/bassist of Pennywise, the lineup is rounded out by Pennywise co-founder and guitarist Fletcher Dragge (co-throat/bass/producer.)

The trio has crafted an album that has taken an exhausting and life-threatening journey of over 8 years to complete. These three longtime friends wrote and recorded the record during their time off because they love playing together and enjoy getting into the studio to go crazy whenever they can.

"BURN IT DOWN" IS A MUSCULAR TOUR-DE-FORCE, A TORNADO OF POUNDING DRUMS, PULVERIZING BASS, SCREAMING GUITARS AND IN-YOUR-FACE RAW VOCALS. EVOKING THE BEST OF 70S ROCK, WITH MOMENTS OF BIRMINGHAM'S FINEST, BLENDED WITH THE EARLY WORKS OF BOSTON'S BEST, "BURN IT DOWN" WILL DO JUST THAT: BURN DOWN EVERYTHING IN IT'S PATH UNTIL THERE IS NOTHING LEFT STANDING.

Recorded in Nashville with Marti Frederiksen at the helm, the band finished their 4th studio album "Burn It Down" in December, with Anthony Fox once again handling the mix and mastering legend Howie Weinberg adding his magic. With Deen joining the bands line-up to record the new Album, The Dead Daisies are: Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), John Corabi (Mötley CrÜe, The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Deen Castronovo (Bad English, Journey) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).

One thing is for certain: within a short amount of time, The Dead Daisies have made a massive impression on the rock scene and managed to garner the one thing that every band desires but only so few ever have: HARDCORE FANS! They love the Daisies and the Daisies love them back! Rock is indeed alive and well!!!

    Burn

For 1973s Burn, Deep Purple founders Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Paice and Jon Lord recruited the amazing vocal talents of rising new comer David Coverdale (Whitesnake and Coverdale/Page) and power bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes (Trapeze/Black Sabbath/Hughes Turner Project/Black Country Communion) for what turned out to be one of their best known and respected albums in their huge catalog.

Commonly referred to Purple fans as the Mark III line up, this dream team to this day is often considered one of the finest hard rock outfits of all time. The term arena act began with bands like Deep Purple in the '60s and '70s, and these masters of the game have carried the torch ever since!

Filled with heavy metal anthems like the title track Burn, Might Just Take Your Life, Mistreated and the hard rockin You Fool No One, Deep Purples Burn is still revered as one of the finest hard rock/metal albums of our time, as it truly shines in this audiophile vinyl domain.

Impeccably mastered from the original Warner Bros. tapes by Deep Purple enthusiast/reissue producer Joe Reagoso, this limited edition masterpiece continues the extensive Deep Purple 180 Gram Audiophile Series here at Friday Music.

Friday Music has also included the original candle cover artwork as you remember it from the first pressings issued over three decades ago, housed in a nice poly bag, as well as a poly lined record sleeve for the vinyl.

    Die Healing (Awaiting Repress)

"Die Healing" featuring original SAINT VITUS vocalist Scott Reagers! This is essential doom!!!!

Recommended if You Like: BLACK SABBATH, TROUBLE, COUNT RAVEN, CANDLEMASS, THE OBSESSED, HIGH ON FIRE, SLEEP, BARONESS, MASTODON, SIR LORD BALTIMORE

Die Healing is a pivotal point in Vitus' discog; not only their very last before they temporarily ended their relentlessly classic doom metal album releases with a thirteen year hiatus, but their third recording with Scott Reagers, who helped make the eponymous debut, Hallow's Victim and EP The Walking Dead such milestones of doom. And what a way to go out. Many will tell you this is actually Saint Vitus' finest moment, and although I favour the debut and Wino's career zenith Born Too Late above it, there is no doubt it deserves as solid a place in the pantheon of doom as Nightfall or Master Of Reality or In The Rectory Of The Bizarre Reverend.

The band's sound and instrumentation is class without question. The guitar tone saw a slight departure from the fuzz prevalent on Wino-albums (including the 2012 opus Lillie: F-65), with something more of an electric edge familiar to C.O.D. Fret not, the tone is still plenty burly, and of course massively appropriate for the toking of vaporous substances.

The guitar solos are likewise a little clearer - though of course solos like on 'One Mind' and 'Return Of The Zombie' have that inimitable Chandler scaling chaos in spades, squeaking like a dozen metal detectors malfunctioning. In general though the album's sound gives the feeling of the band moving forward with the sound established on the underappreciated, Chritus Linderson-assisted C.O.D., while welcoming their original singer back into the fold as easily as if he'd never left. It comes together brilliantly.

What cements the album's place atop the pile of '90s Vitus releases is that it's a lot more solid than V and C.O.D. in terms of songs, chock full of highlights with nary a skippable track. 'Dark World' heralds absolutely no messing about, a timeless slow burn Saint Vitus classic to get you going. Reagers unlocks his trademark moon-touched howls, boosted here with a gruffness and depth that must have come with age. He can still hit the unnerving highs that made the debut such a unique piece. Not to mention his more aghast and tragic-heroic style is accompanied by a lyrical shift toward tales of horror and myth, adding further colours of yore to the band's solidified musical approach (although 'In The Asylum' is as brilliantly witty a tale of human disintegration as anything Wino has written for Vitus).

Some of the great knells peeling off Chandler's guitar in the main riff of 'Let The End Begin' are highlights for Vitus' entire career. It climaxes with a great rocking section, splashed with sumptuous guitar and bass solos, in a move actually quite uncharacteristic for the band, who tended to steer between leadweight trawling songs and more rambunctious cuts. The eerie build on 'Sloth' is another of the band's best moments. The entire song, with its off-kilter structure and wailing chorus, is an example of just how muscular the band's creative fibers were at the time. 'Return of the Zombie', a quasi-sequel to the classic, shifty song off the debut of course, makes its mark with a crazed vocal performance and some spooky effects. And of course there's more, I've just listed a few real standouts but the album is too generous in its blessings for them to be exhaustively listed.

It's just a really solid album that builds on all the best things the band had done to date while keeping the songwriting fresh. What a swansong this was. This album is the reason Lillie: F-65 had such vast expectations from me. A must have.

    Babes Never Die

Recorded during several candle-burning stints at London's Fish Factory studios in the winter of 2016, Stina and Cat were joined by acclaimed producer James Dring, whose work with the likes of Jamie T and Gorillaz made him an intriguing choice for the Scottish duo. Make no mistake though, 'Babes...' doesn't sound like anyone else but Honeyblood. The urgent lo-fi charm that defined their debut still pulses from its core.

The band that burst forth from Glasgow's DIY underground scene just a few years ago, recording cassette tape releases in their bathrooms and hosting ad-hoc parties in disused hairdressers is still in tact; however, the evolution that's taken place is undeniable. An epically road-tested band and a dose of production finesse create a formidable combination. Stina's songwriting truly has found a bright new spotlight on her band's second outing.

Babes...' is resplendent in the kind of effortless chant-a-long hooks that one by one will all soon become their own mantras. For a while now Honeyblood have been talked about as one of the most exciting new UK bands, but with 'Babes...' you just get the feeling that before long they'll be simply be known as one of the most important bands around, period.

    Why Do The Heathen Rage?

    Not final cover art

The Soft Pink Truth is the solo alter ego of Drew Daniel, one half of celebrated Baltimore-based electronic duo Matmos. After a decade of silence in which Daniel concentrated on Matmos and becoming a Shakespeare professor, The Soft Pink Truth is set to release Why Do the Heathen Rage? whose subtitle "Electronic Profanations of Black Metal Classics" reveals its bizarre agenda as an unrequited love letter to a justly divisive genre. A gleeful queer travesty of black metal's undying obsession with kvlt authenticity, Why Do the Heathen Rage? is also a formally precise homage executed with a scholar's obsession. With the guitar chord transcription assistance of Owen Gardner (Teeth Mountain, Horse Lords) and a coven of guest vocalists, including Antony Hegarty and members of Locrian and Wye Oak, Daniel meticulously transposes the riffs, structures and patterns of black metal chestnuts and deep cuts by Darkthrone, Venom, Mayhem, Sarcofago and more into oddly hybrid new forms. Cruising camp absurdity by forcing a sticky tryst between the two mutually incongruous early 90s subcultures of rave and black metal, the results are bracingly strange on first listen, but curiously addictive as the album sinks in.

Imitating the countless black metal albums that begin with ominous intros, the album commences with "Invocation for Strength", a spoken word track in which a Radical Faery poem used by gay activist Arthur Evans in his classic Witchcraft and the Gay Counterculture is read by Drew Daniel and Antony (Antony and the Johnsons). After this queer hymn, the rhythmic assault begins with an industrial gabber take on Venom's genre-founding song "Black Metal", featuring vocals by Baltimore artist Bryan Collins and screams from Daniel. Stark trap beats and rave synths meet two-step house bounce on "Sadomatic Rites," originally by Beherit, whose electronic opus H418ov21.c was an inspiration to Drew as he was making this album. Adding a witchy twist to an underground metal classic, Jenn Wasner (Wye Oak, Dungeonesse) lends her smoky, soulful voice to an orgasmic house deconstruction of Sarcofago's redlight anthem "Ready to Fuck." After a surprisingly sensitive guitar led intro, "Satanic Black Devotion" erupts with full on screaming vocals from Terence Hannum (Locrian), paired with IDM beats, synthetic banjo, and a rather glaring plunderphonic re-working of a recognizable dancefloor classic. Side Two kicks off with a stark, vogue-ball inspired rethinking of Darkthrone's "Beholding the Throne of Might", with whispered vocals from London based free improviser/composer Jennifer Walshe and a spoken interlude from David Serrotte of the vogue ball crew House of Revlon. The goth factor spikes on "Buried by Time and Dust", in which Daniel's Matmos partner M.C. Schmidt croaks the lyrics to the vampiric Mayhem original on top of MIDI harpsichord while a moldy 808 drops the "Planet Rock" beat. In an Ouroboric final gesture, the album concludes with a paroxysmic take on "Grim and Frostbitten Gay Bar" by Impaled Northern Moonforest, the parodic fake black metal project of Anal Cunt's Seth Putnam. A blizzard of snippets of pop, house, crust and metal are shredded and smothered in lo-fi screaming and arctic field recordings, ending the album on suitably contradictory notes of mockery and celebration. The album's controversial artwork, which will remain redacted for the time being due to the extreme content it portrays, fits those themes as well, depicting a volatile, extremist scene undergoing a long overdue queerification, coming out rich and strange, shiny and pink.

The Soft Pink Truth was started in 2001 when legendary UK house producer Matthew Herbert challenged Drew to "make a house record," resulting in the project's slyly funky debut album Do You Party?, which Herbert released on his own Soundslike Records. Daniel has also produced floor-burning remixes for Bjork, Herbert, Grizzly Bear, Dat Politics and many more under The Soft Pink Truth moniker. "Why Do The Heathen Rage?" follows his 2004 release "Do You Want New Wave or Do You Want The Soft Pink Truth?," a collection of electronic interpretations of UK punk and American hardcore songs. As a member of Matmos, Daniel continues to break down established norms of experimental and pop music practice by filtering genres through unique and brilliant conceptual lenses, and has established himself as one of the most individualistic electronic musicians of the past several decades.

Disclaimer: Aesthetics and Politics are neither equivalent nor separable. Black metal fandom all too often entails a tacit endorsement or strategic looking-the-other-way with regards to the racist, anti-Semitic, sexist and homophobic bullshit politics that (still) pervade the scene, on behalf of either escapist fantasy talk, shaky invocations of art as a crypto-religious path to transcendence, or--the oldest cop out in the book--the quietist declaration that "I just like how it sounds." Just as blasphemy both affirms and assaults the sacred powers it invokes and inverts, so too this record celebrates black metal and offers queer critique / mockery / profanation of its ideological morass in equal measure. Mixed emotions about a murky, diverse and self-differential scene are all very well, but, as Barack Obama is so fond of saying at press conferences just before legitimizing drone warfare, let's be clear: No apologies, no excuses, and no escape clauses are hereby offered. Murderers are murderers. No safe space for fascist garbage. The Soft Pink Truth hereby abjures black metal homophobes, racists, and Nazis categorically and absolutely: MAY THIS CURSE BIND! Remember Magne Andreassen!"

    Ready To Die (Awaiting Repress)

'Ready To Die' is the band's first studio collection since 2007's 'The Weirdness' and the first album of all-new material featuring Iggy Pop, guitarist James Williamson and drummer Scott Asheton since 1973's classic 'Raw Power'. Mike Watt fills in for the late Ron Asheton on bass.

Explaining his decision to make another Iggy And The Stooges album in 2013, Iggy Pop said recently: My motivation in making any record with the group at this point is no longer personal. It's just a pig-headed fucking thing I have that a real fucking group when they're an older group, they also make fucking records. They don't just go and twiddle around on stage to make a bunch of fucking money...

Tracks confirmed to appear include 'Burn', 'Job', 'Sex & Money' and the title track 'Ready To Die'. The album was produced by guitarist Williamson at Fantasy Studios in San Francisco, though Iggy Pop recorded his vocals in Miami.

The album was mixed by Ed Cherney, who revealed last month (January): It's old-time Stooges. It's raw. They're great songs, but not necessarily big choruses. They're the Antichrist of anthems.

    Burn My Eyes (Awaiting Repress)

    180 Gram Gold Colored Vinyl

    Limited To 1500

Released to massive European acclaim, Machine Head's full-length debut, Burn My Eyes, successfully bridges the gap between second-generation Bay Area thrash (Testament, Death Angel, etc.) and the modern-day Pantera school of hard knocks. Produced by underground stalwart Colin Richardson, Burn My Eyes is a bone-shattering exercise in brutality that gives Pantera's classic, Vulgar Display of Power, a good run for its money. A veteran of the Bay Area thrash scene, guitarist/vocalist Robb Flynn emerges as Machine Head's anchor. As guitar player of the riff-heavy yet vocally challenged band Vio-Lence, Flynn had already distinguished himself as a riff-making machine on tracks like Serial Killer and Kill on Command. Interestingly, with the release of Burn My Eyes, every effort was made to cover up Flynn's involvement with his ex-bandmates. Looking back at it, it's easy to understand why. Because of the quick word of mouth in the underground metal community, comparisons to his ex-bandmates would have limited the impact of the record, possibly thwarting its merits. If Vio-Lence held promise, Machine Head was a different proposition all together. Anthems like Davidian are monstrous slabs of metal that, by far, eclipse anything Flynn had previously done. Nevertheless, Burn My Eyes is a classic debut and one that helped launch a huge European groundswell for the band that would result in a tour as Slayer's support act. A few months later, the Head would return and headline the very same venues in which they'd opened for Slayer.

Founded By Front Man Ronnie James Dio

Elf was an American rock band founded by singer and bassist Ronnie James Dio, keyboardist Doug Thaler, drummer Gary Driscoll, and guitarists Nick Pantas and David Feinstein (Dio's cousin). The band was originally called The Electric Elves, but was shortened to The Elves and finally Elf in 1972. Elf disbanded in 1975 after recording three albums and after most of the lineup had been absorbed into Ritchie Blackmore's new group, Rainbow.

Ronnie James Dio went on to a successful career in heavy metal, fronting Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, and his own band, Dio. David Feinstein also found a career in metal, leading the band The Rods for a number of years. Original keyboardist Doug Thaler went on to a career in music management.

Recorded while the band was evolving slowly into the Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Trying to Burn the Sun is the third and final release from Elf, the band that finally earned Ronnie James Dio the attention he had been seeking since the late 50s. After writing and recording a few singles for Blackmore, Dio and Elf were solidly moving in a heavier musical direction.

Trying to Burn the Sun is a great listen for all fans of 70s rock, not only Dio and Rainbow fans.

    That's How We Burn (Discontinued)

The self-described psych-pop combo Jaill formed in Milwaukee, WI in 2002 and in early 2009, they released There's No Sky (Oh My My), a 12-song set that was irresistibly catchy, moving, dirty, sarcastic, and new. Recorded nervously in the leaky basement of an old funeral home, with overdubs finished over a years time at home, Theres No Sky caught the attention of Sub Pop, with stand-out tracks like Always Wrong and Beggar Sincere. Recalling the glory of 90s lo-fi pop, these songs possess a sinewy tension honed from years of basement shows and a palpable, gritty rock sense born of enduring cold, cold Midwest winter months.

Recorded at Mystery Room studio with Justin Perkins, the new Jaill album, Thats How We Burn, finds the band wrapping its head and arms more solidly around a sound theyve been building up for nearly a decade. Their sensibilities lend to a laid-back but creatively effortless brand of pop: bright guitars and amped-up energy skipping like a stone over Vincent Kirchers dense lyrics, only to sink into momentary mellow moments.

Burn Your Fire For No Witness

Many of the superlatives describing Angel Olsen refer to how seemingly little it takes for her to
leave an audience speechless, even spellbound. But Olsen has never been as timid as those
descriptors imply, and the noisy, fiery hints in her earlier work find a fuller expression on her
newest LP, Burn Your Fire for No Witness. Here, Olsen sings with full-throated exultation,
admonition, and bold, expressive melody. Also, with the help of producer John Congleton, her
music now crackles with a churning, rumbling low end and a brighter energy.

Angel Olsen began singing as a young girl in St. Louis, where she explored the remarkable
range of her voice and the places it could take her songwriting. Her self-released debut EP,
Strange Cacti, belied both that early period of discovery and her Midwestern roots. Cautious
and homespun on the one hand, the EP transported us to a mystical, unrecognizable world on
the other, and it garnered extensive praise for its enigmatic beauty.Olsen then went further on
Half Way Home, her first full-length album (released on Bathetic Records), which mined
essential themes while showcasing a more developed voice. Olsen dared to be more personal.

After extensive touring, Olsen eventually settled for a time in Chicago's Logan Square
neighborhood, where she created a collection of songs grown in a year of heartbreak, travel,
and transformation. The new songs go on to tell us to leave, or to high-five a lover who is
lacking, or to dance our way up and out of sorrow. Many of them also remain essentially
unchanged from their bare beginnings. In leaving them so intact, a more self-assured Olsen is
opening up to us, allowing us to be in the room with her at the very genesis of these songs,
when the thread of creation is most vulnerable and least filtered. Our reward for entering this
room are many head-turning moments and the powerful, unsettling recognition of ourselves
in the weave of her songs.

This act of meaning-making recurs as a theme throughout the album, as the sublimating
response to the power of negativity. In the song,Stars, for example,Olsen wishes to"have the
voice of everything" and in a moment of hatefulness and hurt realizes that the strength of fury
results in the power she had been seeking all along. Thankfully for us, Olsen has decided to
channel a lot of this new found power into the ethereal, hypnotic performances of her new and
revealing songs, sharing with us the full grace and beauty of her transformative moments.

Rare MGM Recordings In A Gatefold Double 7 Set

A group burning as white-hot as the Seeds couldn't last long and, indeed, after their initial blast of success with "Pushin' Too Hard," the original band fell apart. However, Saxon's mission was not yet complete so he and keyboardist Daryl Hooper put together a new lineup. The replanted Seeds signed with MGM Records and entered the studio, capturing some amazing performances. MGM released two singles from these sessions in 1970, but both failed to chart. Further bad luck came when label boss Mike Curb launched a "drug purge," dropping bands with perceived drug associations, the Seeds among them. Their two singles quickly vanished from MGM's catalog, making them almost impossible to find. Reaching deep into the vaults, Sundazed has rescued these elusive recordings for this double 7" release. Sourcing all four tracks from the original MGM analog tapes, these songs are reborn in amazing aural quality on this strictly limited edition. Grab one and let your psychedelic garden grow!

    Burning Witch

This beast has been in the works for over 3 years and now the wait is finally over! Although Burning Witch only actually existed for a short period of time (19951998) the absolutely crushing impact they left is immense! This box compiles every authorized recording the band ever made on a 4LP set with a 40 page book and a bonus DVD of live Burning Witch performances thrown in for good measure.

Towers was recorded by Steve Albini during the vernal equinox in 1996 at Robert Lang Studios, Seattle. Originally released as a demo tape in 1996 then released by Slap-A-Ham on vinyl in 1998. Southern Lord released a CD version (including Rift.Canyon.Dreams) in 1998. Remastered from the original 1/2 master tape (lost until this version) by Mell Dettmer.

Rift.Canyon.Dreams was recorded by Aaron Evil during the autumnal equinox in 1997 at Robert Lang Studios, Seattle. Originally released by Merciless Records on LP in 1998. Not only is this LP super rare, the covers were very flimsy so most existing copies have a lot of cover damage! Southern Lord released a CD version (including Towers) in 1998.

Bleeder b/w Rift.Canyon.Dreams. Bleeder was an unreleased track from the Towers Albini session. It originally came out on the split CD with Goatsnake on Hydra Head in 2000, now out of print. This song has never been released on vinyl (although test pressings for the Goatsnake split were made, finished vinyl was never produced). The Rift.Canyon.Dreams track was an unfinished outtake from the Rift.Canyon.Dreams session. It was mixed/completed by Dahlquist & Randall Dunn circa 2003 and then released on a split with ASVA (BW bassists Stuart Dahlquists then new project). The track was remixed by OMalley and Dunn in 2007 and released on the Crippled Lucifer 2CD reissue via SLR and is the version presented here.

Live at the China Club 1996. Raw, grim live evocation is the only Witch recording ever released with original 2nd guitarist Greg Anderson. This incantation was captured in Ballard, WA at the China Club (previously known as the Red Dragon) in 1996. The Witch was opening for At The Gates and Napalm Death. Anderson played 2 shows with Burning Witch, this being the second (and last!) This is the first time this is available on vinyl.

All LPs are pressed on 180g virgin black vinyl and are housed in high quality Stoughton printed tip-on and direct to board jackets. Also included in the set is a perfect bound 40 page 12 x 12 book. An aggressive visual documentation of the history of Burning Witch featuring many never before seen photos plus graphics specifically chosen for this release and some liner notes from Aaron Turner (Hydra Head Records/ISIS) and Chris Dodge (SPAZZ, Slap-a-Ham Records).

Included bound into the book is a DVD of never before released Burning Witch performances. First is video of the bands first ever live show from the Pioneer Square Theater in Seattle, May of 1996. This is the lineup with Greg Anderson on 2nd guitar. The second is the infamous Burning Witch performance on Public Access television from 27 Live in Seattle, February of 1997. The DVD was edited by Alan Dubin (Khanate) and includes a menu and full credits.

What It Is To Burn - X Live

    Formed in Temecula, CA
in 1999, the quintet of Nate
    Barcalow, Alex Linares, Randy
    Strohmeyer, Alex Pappas
    and Derrek Doherty known
as Finch, are labeled as the
    fore-fathers of the "screamo"
and post hardcore genre. Influenced by the hard leanings
    of bands like Deftones and
Hum, and the pop sensibilities of Jimmy Eat World and
    Blink-182, Finch began a sonic
    revolution in popular music
    that still echoes today.

    The band signed to Drive-Thru
Records in 2001 after guitarist Strohmeyer sent out a demo to owners Richard and Stephanie Reines while he was working on the label's street team.
Drive-Thru saw something in the Southern California band and decided
to take a risk on a sound that was more aggressive than their current range
of artists. Their first EP, Falling into Place sold more than 6,000 copies
within the first few months and gave them the momentum they needed to
create their groundbreaking first album What It Is To Burn. Recorded in
the winter of 2001, What It Is To Burn was released the following spring.
The album produced three radio hits, charted Number 1 on the Billboard
Heatseekers chart and 188 on the Billboard 200.

They spent years touring in support of What It Is To Burn, sharing
the stage with the likes of Glassjaw, The Starting Line, Yellowcard, and
Blink-182, among others. In 2005, they decided it was time for a follow up,
and went in a more artsy direction with Say Hello To Sunshine. Drummer
Alex Pappas left the band and was replaced by Marc Allen. After years of
heavy touring, the band went on a short hiatus, rejoining one another in
2007 with new bassist Daniel Wonacott to record their self-titled EP. Critics
hailed the EP as a return to glory while still adding to their old sound.
Finch would tour off the release for a few years until deciding on another
    break in 2009.

In 2013, Finch reunited to its nearly original lineup and announced that
they would embark on the What It Is To Burn Ten Year Anniversary
tour. The group performed the full-length in its entirety with a few extra
bonuses for fans along the way. One concert in particular in Pomona, CA
was filmed and recorded and will be released via Tragic Hero Records. With no bad blood and everything firing on all fronts, it's hard to
tell what will come next for Finch, but one thing remains certain: all eyes
    are watching to find out.
