Cradle Of Filth'
Vempire (Discontinued)STUNNING 180 GRAM FLESH TONE VINYL REISSUE OF CRADLE OF FILTHS SECOND RELEASE
Cradle of Filth's second official release, following The Principle of Evil Made Flesh. Despite the circumstances in which it was written and recorded, it was well received by critics and a handful of its tracks are staples of the band's live sets to this day. V Empire sees a step up in production from the band's debut and introduces the fast, highly technical instrumentation that would be the hallmark of the bands next few releases. The overall delivery is faster, more brutal and symphonic than the more streamlined Principle. It includes a re-recorded version of The Forest Whispers My Name. and includes songs written by both the 'Principle' line up and the new recording line up. This is where the band's lyrics began to manifest more as gothic poetry, fusing the band's brief satanic elements with depictions of macabre romance and vampirism that would encompass their later lyrical themes.SIDE A

Godspeed On The Devil's ThunderAfter 8 menacing albums, the kings of black metal return with their most dastardly tale yet. Chronicling the story of the world's first serial killer, French nobleman and soldier of Joan of Arc, Gilles De Rais. Like they had done with the story of Elizabeth Bathory, Cradle of Filth weave a tale of murder, the occult, and sinister deed around their trademark metal sound. Fueled by breakneck speed, crushing guitars, and haunting vocals- the band has delivered their hardest most aggressive and chilling piece yet.1. In Grandeur And Frankincense Devilment Stirs

Novum Initum (Discontinued)The last years have not been easy for Masterplan. Because of several factors the band has been unable to
play festivals and tours - even though there were plenty of offers. But that lies in the past and is about to
change now. Joining founding member Roland Grapow (Ex Helloween) and keyboarder Axel Mackenrott are
drummer Martin "Marthus" Skaroupka (Cradle Of Filth), vocalist Rick Altzi (At Vance, Thunderstone) and
bassist Jari Kainulainen (Stratovarius, Symfonia, Devil's Train). Besides their undoubted musical qualities, all
three fit perfectly into the band. So there is a huge motivation to get things going now and have a fresh start!Side A

And Hell Will Follow MeIncludes CD
A Pale Horse Named Death is the brainchild of Brooklyn, NY native Sal Abruscato, and sounds like Alice in Chains mysteriously sneaking up behind Type O Negative with a butcher knife while being filmed for a future episode of Law & Order. Sals partner in crime on And Hell Will Follow Me is Matt Brown, sound engineer extraordinaire and guitarist of fellow NY band Seventh Void.
The chemistry between me and Matt is unique and flawless, very rare in todays music. We are the murdering evil version of Lennon and McCartney. says Abruscato. Brown adds, Sal asked me if I would help to take these songs to the next level. I took on this project for my friend, to find some closure in rough times. The music is just an extension of our friendship and our passion for creativity.
The album artwork was done by Sam Shearon aka Mr. Sam, who has previously done work for Rob Zombie, Fear Factory and Cradle of Filth to name a few, and features a 20 page booklet with artwork for each individual song. Additionally, the Double LP version will feature a never before heard bonus track called Pick Up Truck.
To top that all off, Life of Agonys Keith Caputo lent background vocals to four tracks and Lou Reeds saxophonist Ulrich Krieger guests on Die Alone. Bobby Hambel from Biohazard, who also plays with the band live, played the guitar leads on three tunes.1. And Hell Will Follow Me

Whether it's Spinal Tap gloriously losing the plot, the escapades of Tenacious D getting them into trouble, or the phenomenon that is Dethklok tearing up the album charts, comedy and heavy music have long made for great bedfellows. Jim Breuer is a man who understands this, and with Songs From The Garage, his first full-length with longtime backing band The Regulators, he delivers both in his inimitable style. "I basically want the crowd to have a blast, and I write what I feel that I would love if I was in the crowd. So, going into the record the music had to be killer and have great hooks, that was most important, and I wanted to balance that with something that's funny," he enthuses. "I wanted to bring the smile back to hard rock that has a nice punch to it - and in doing so hopefully bridge the gap so my generation and their kids will come see this live together!"
In realizing this, Breuer has delivered a record that is pure, unadulterated fun, and yes, it rocks. From crunchy opening romp "Thrash" through the swaggering "Who Better Than Us?" to the gloriously deranged excitement suffusing "Sugar Rush", his exuberance is infectious, and he challenges you to keep your ass from shaking and the corners of your mouth twitching while it thunders from the speakers. Throughout, his influences bleed through, comfortably blurring the line between hard rock and metal while every anthemic chorus lodges irrevocably in the hippocampus. While a great many 'comedy rock' records are ultimately pretty throwaway and last as long as the joke stays funny, this is not the case with Songs From The Garage. True to his game plan, Breuer has made great songs, ones that persistently draw a smile and will fit comfortably when shuffled among the likes of Megadeth, AC/DC, Judas Priest and more contemporary bands, such as Avenged Sevenfold and Halestorm.
Having finally made the album that has been burning to get out of him since his teens, Breuer couldn't be happier with the result. Though he has fulfilled one rock and roll dream with its completion, it certainly does not mean he's about to kick back and leave it at that. "I plan on making great, funny videos for every song and have videos up during the concerts. I want pure entertainment when you come see this live, and now my rock and roll dream is to play this not only here in America, but anywhere else in the world that will accept it! I'm taking it one day at a time, living the dream."1. Thrash

Awaken (Out of Stock)The Blood Divine was a British Gothic metal band, founded in the summer of 1995 by Paul Allender, brothers Paul and Benjamin Ryan, after the three had recently left UK extreme metallers Cradle of Filth. They were joined by the recently ousted Anathema singer Darren White, & then recruited drummer William A. 'W.A.S.' Sarginson and bassist Steve Maloney before being quickly signed up by Peaceville Records.
The debut album 'Awaken' was recorded in early 1996 at Academy Studios in West Yorkshire UK (My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost, Anathema), and was released later that same year. This quickly led to intensive livework, touring throughout Europe with Cathedral and label mates, My Dying Bride.
With their expertly crafted compositions of rich, classic metal riffs and sweeping melodic passages, plus Ben Ryan's gothic & at times psychedelia-tinged keyboard arrangements backing up Daz White's perfectly fitting vocal delivery, 'Awaken' was greatly received upon release, as the band's profile swiftly grew.
In what was considered somewhat of a supergroup, The Blood Divine recorded 2 albums of highly individualistic gothic rock/doom metal with strong keyboard atmospherics & prog elements, before disbanding in 1998, with Paul Allender rejoining Cradle of Filth.1. So Serene

Rise Of The Empress (Out of Stock)White Empress' debut fulllength album of forbidden delights, titled 'Rise of the Empress', is set for release on Peaceville Records on September 29th. The album was recorded in White Empress' studio and has been mixed and mastered by veteran producer, Kit Woolven (Thin Lizzy, Cradle of Filth). Formed by guitarist Paul Allender previously of UK titans Cradle of Filth - and with a full band lineup, this new venture into the metal landscape under the moniker of White Empress exudes the depth and ferocity of his prior work whilst pushing new boundaries. Paul's signature razorsharp riffing & epic, melodic twists and turns compliment the sumptuously alluring & often demonic voice of Mary Zimmer (Luna Mortis) to create a master class in savage yet uplifting metallic darkness.
With Paul's relentless guitar and Mary's diverse vocals, ranging from operatic to death metal screams, White Empress is exploring new areas of metal. White Empress comprise: Paul Allender, formerly the main guitarist and songwriter in Cradle of Filth, vocalist Mary Zimmer from Luna Mortis, Will Graney, keyboardist from Damnation Angels, Chela Harper, bass player for Coal Chamber, guitarist Jeremy Kohnmann from The Awakening, and drummer Zac Morris, who's played with many bands including Ugly Kid Joe.Rise of the Empress

Pentecost 3 (Out of Stock)Anathema formed in Liverpool in the summer of 1990 & grew to become a major force in the doom metal genre with their early works, before exploring more rock & progressive elements over time to great success.
'Pentecost III' was released in early 1995 & was recorded at the infamous Academy Studios in Yorkshire UK. It featured classic heavy & often hypnotic doom metal, as well as a reworking/ re-recording of the Memento Mori track from the 'Iliad' of Woes demo, plus the hidden track '666'.
This was the last release that vocalist Darren White appeared on, before leaving the band to form The Blood Divine with various members of the original Cradle Of Filth line up. The Angel And The Dark River (Out of Stock)My Dying Bride have been the leading light of doom metal since their debut album As The Flower
Withers was released on Peaceville Records back in 1992. Influenced by acts such as Celtic Frost
and Candlemass, the band's heavy atmospherics have carved a huge worldwide following over the
years and they remain at the pinnacle of the genre and one of the most instantly distinguishable
The Angel and the Dark River, the band's third studio album, was released in 1995 and is considered one of the best MDB/gothic doom releases. It was recorded at the infamous Academy Studios (Paradise Lost, Anathema, Cradle of Filth) in Yorkshire, UK, with long-time associate Mags.
Expanding upon the strong mix of atmosphere and heavy doom riffing of previous albums, The Angel and the Dark River was full of sprawling emotional epic tracks with flowing dynamics. The album also saw the band venturing further into clean vocal territory and to great acclaim.

Lost Paradise (Out of Stock)Paradise Lost formed in Halifax, West Yorkshire in 1988 and are known for being the founders of the Gothic Death/Doom Metal genre; a style fully brought into existence with their genre-defining second album, the highly influential 'Gothic'.
Having released 2 albums, including 'Gothic', for the UK's Peaceville Records and later helping to establish Peaceville as home to the finest trio of UK doom bands (alongside My Dying Bride and Anathema), Paradise Lost then signed with felow UK label, Music For Nations which eventually led to the band breaking through to mainstream rock and metal audiences as their style evolved, becoming one of the UK's most essential metal exports around the globe in the process.
'Lost Paradise' was the band's debut album, released in 1990 and one of the early highlights in the formative years of Peaceville. Featuring more death metal influences, Paradise Lost created a dark
and atmospheric style of brutal death metal, as opposed to one based on speed. The album was recorded at Academy Studios (My Dying Bride, Anathema, Cradle of Filth) in Yorkshire, England.1. Intro
