Like Drawing BloodLike Drawing Blood is the second album by Gotye. All the sounds on the album were collected and assembled or performed by Wally De Backer in bedrooms around Melbourne between 2003 and 2005, and the record was mixed and mastered by Franc Tetaz (Wolf Creek soundtrack, Machine Translations, Architecture in Helsinki). It was featured heavily by Triple J in May 2006 and nominated for a J Award, which, although it didn't win, lent the album considerable publicity.
Two songs from Like Drawing Blood rated in the Triple J Hottest 100, 2006: Hearts a Mess at #8, and Learnalilgivinanlovin at #94. Like Drawing Blood also received the number 1 spot on the 2006 Triple J Album Poll for best album of the year, as voted by Triple J listeners.
The album was also released in Belgium, in 2008, with two alterations: it contains a new version of Learnalilgivinanlovin, and the song A Distinctive Sound is replaced by a new version of The Only Thing I Know (the original appeared on Gotye's debut album Boardface).
Three singles were released in Belgium: Learnalilgivinanlovin, Hearts a Mess, and Coming Back.
Like Drawing Blood has also received the number 11 spot on the 2011 Triple J Hottest 100 Australian Albums of All Time, as voted by the Triple J listeners.1. Like Drawing Blood

The Golden EchoKimbra is a New Zealand recording artist whose unique musical style draws from many different genres, often blending more modern electropop and R&B with classic jazz and soul musical elements. In 2013, Kimbra won 2 Grammys for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for her song Somebody That I Used To Know with Gotye.
The Golden Echo is the second album by Kimbra. The ultimate modern pop record, The Golden Echo is ambitious, sophisticated, and complex, just like its creator. The New Zealand-born singer and songwriter wrote the songs in her bedroom studio on a farm in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, where she was surrounded by sheep and lambs owned by her landlady. The album is produced by Rich Costey and features several special guest artists, including Muse's Matt Bellamy, rapper Flying Lotus and singer John Legend.LP 1

Lo Moon is the highly anticipated self-titled debut album from this Los Angeles, California based indie rock band. The band consists of principle songwriter Matt Lowell (lead vocal, guitar and keyboard), Crisanta Baker (bass guitar, keyboard and backing vocals), and Samuel Stewart (guitar, keyboard and backing vocals). The album is produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie) and Francois Tetaz (Gotye), and includes the previously released songs Loveless, This Is It, and Thorns.
The band formed in Los Angeles after coming from different corners of the earth. Singer/guitarist Matt Lowell is from Long Island, New York, bassist Crisanta Baker from Denver, Colorado, and guitarist Samuel Stewart from London, England, and the band has been building their story since 2014. Their songs have been highly praised in the music press. And this debut album, Lo Moon is a dark, luscious collection of songs full of crescendo rock and sparkling electronics. The songs bridge a gap between soft experimental rock and atmospheric electronic pop. The record is a cool, dark, meditative exploration of bittersweet sadness and cathartic joy.LP 1
