    Our Own House

Only a year after MisterWives unleashed their critically acclaimed debut EP Reflections into the world, the band found time in between endless touring and promotion to finish the full body of work, Our Own House. From the epic storm of a song that is Hurricane, to the horn-fueled candy-coated chorus of Best I Can Do, to Mandy's heartfelt hometown anthem in Queens, there is not one weak spot on this record produced by Frequency (Eminem/Rihanna Monster).

First Time On Vinyl Including Bonus Tracks

Pressed On Blue Vinyl At Rainbo

Mastered By Kevin Gray (Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles)

Best known for the lush 1961 rendition of the ballad ''At Last'' - a slow-dance staple at wedding celebrations everywhere, she is also celebrated for having recorded one of the best live albums of all time, ''Rocks the House.'' Recorded in 1963 at the New Era Club in Nashville, James is captured at her performance peak. The foundation for her reputation as a fiery no-holds-barred performer was firmly established in this recording.

Blues, soul, jazz, R&B, and rock vocalist Etta James, needs no introduction. An icon from early rock'n'roll's pantheon of divas, she has inspired 5 decades of listeners and fellow artists with her vocal stylings. From Janis Joplin to Beyonce, her expressive and guttural style has been imitated but never quite matched.

Jackpot Records is honored to release this momentous record on stellar blue vinyl, with the original album artwork and including 3 bonus tracks which have only ever been released previously on CD. Her powerful version of ''Something's Got a Hold on Me'' will shake you. Her impassioned version of ''All I Could Do Is Cry,'' will break you.

    The House

Porches' third record The House is a conscious effort in minimalism and honesty. "Making
Pool"-the band's 2016 breakthrough record, and Domino debut-"I learned how valuable
the spirit of the demos are," says singer Aaron Maine, "so this time I made a point of
capturing a song the day it was conceived." Because of this desire to document immediate
sensations, the record's fourteen tracks offer a series of diaristic vignettes. There are
moments of emerging from fear of ego death ("Leave the House," "By My Side," "Now
The Water"), escaping the corporeal ("Now The Water," "Swimmer"), the terrifying thrill of
young love ("Country," "W Longing"), and parting with the past ("Wobble," "Goodbye").
While these themes possibly paint The House in a dark light, the record is marked by an
excitement at the prospect of self-discovery, and commitment to the process of getting
    there.

Though Aaron largely composes on his own, The House features contributions by Alexander
Giannascoli ((Sandy) Alex G), Dev Hynes (Blood Orange), Maya Laner (True Blue, Porches),
Kaya Wilkins (Okay Kaya), Bryndon Cook (Starchild & the New Romantic), Cameron Wisch
(Cende, Porches), Jason Arce, Bea1991, and his own father, Peter Maine. As with Pool, Aaron
brought his recorded work to Chris Coady (Beach House, Slowdive, TV on the Radio), who
then mixed The House at his Sunset Sound studio.

    Infinite House

While on a writing retreat in the sleepy southern town of Benton, Mississippi, the members of New York's Ava Luna came across an abandoned house while on a walk through the woods. Overgrown, rotting, and littered with evidence of its past inhabitants, the maze-like dwelling would haunt their psyches throughout the writing and recording of their third full-length Infinite House. Like Borges' Library of Babel, the seemingly endless rooms and hallways in the old house felt like a metaphor for the invisible, internal labyrinths, which the band explores lyrically and sonically on their new album. Recorded by drummer Julian Fader and vocalist/guitar player Carlos Hernandez, and mixed by Dave Fridmann (Flaming Lips, Spoon, MGMT), it is safely their most polished recording to date. But their trademark intensity, mirthful humor, and angularity remain resolutely in place, the burnished surfaces illuminating the stories beneath like never before. By questioning, or maybe just forgetting the rules of the real world, on Infinite House the band has grown beyond the nervous soul descriptor they've been tagged with in the past, delivering an album on which nightmarish moments can phoenix into revelations that help us reconnect with the surreal magic in our everyday lives.

    House Arrest

Sure The Doldrums and Worn Copy had some hits and humdingers on them, but Ariel Pink's 2002 album House Arrest never lets up. Its hit after hit after hit. Sorta like if you listened to your friends boom box mix tape from Top 40 radio around 1985.

Think you've heard enough Ariel Pink? Well our favorite omnivorous media junkie from LA still has a few tricks left up his sleevelike the left-of-center House Arrest. Sure The Doldrums and Worn Copy had some hits and humdingers on them, but House Arrest never lets up. It's hit after hit after hit. Sorta like if you listened to your friend's boom box mix tape from Top 40 radio around 1985. Some people might think that sounds like a recipe for disaster. We say bring on the Doritos.

Originally released in 2002 as part of a split double-CD set, then re-released with a couple of bonus tracks (including the multipart epic Netherlands) in 2006, House Arrest, much like every other Ariel Pink release so far, provides a small sampling of Ariel Rosenberg's self-recorded compositions, laid down on a trusty eight-track at home. Unlike so many warbling troubadours who seem to think the recorded-in-a-bedroom approach means a license to be maudlin, Rosenberg brings an exuberant joy to his work, finding something that a full band recording might actually kill the spirit of. The queasy tones and gently distanced verses of the opening Hardcore Pops Are Fun is instant put-a-smile-on-your-face stuff, helping to set the tone for the whole collection. The demented synth pop merriment of Flying Circles suggests an '80s nugget swathed in psychedelic haze, a gentle breeziness apparent on many other songs like the giddy Every Night I Die at Miyagis or the nervous funk of Alisa, easily one of the best songs on the album thanks to some exquisite vocals in particular. Though his connection to personal hero R. Stevie Moore is often mentioned, Rosenberg's role model here often seems to be Andy Partridge instead -- check out the distinctly XTC-like hiccupping on Gettin' High in the Morning, not to mention the quick herky-jerk arrangements. Rosenberg's preference to add layers of echo on his voice means sometimes his lyrics only emerge in fits and starts, but when they do they often are wryly witty or amusingly theatrical -- it fits with the amusing rock pose on the back cover, a knowing embrace of a trope. So when he sings about how West Coast calamities are worth more than the East Coast variety or how he's one of those egomaniacs who just want to siiiing, who's to deny how he plays around with the ideas?

Ranked 191/500 on Rolling Stone Magazine's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

Long before the raw power of punk icon Iggy Pop became legend, his first incarnation as Iggy Stooge of proto-punk trailblazers The Stooges roared into being. The essence of punk years before the genre existed, The Stooges' furious music was a howling, visceral, fuzztone-drenched, and unprecedented vortex of sound. Their bracing sophomore release, Fun House portrayed their evolution into a fiercer, stronger band with Iggy's primal vocals and mad brilliance more potent than ever.

Summer House is the debut album from Gold Motel, the new project from Greta Morgan (The Hush Sound) and members of This is Me Smiling. The ten tracks herewithin are snapshots of dreaming, transient youth in constant motion, driving down desert highways, watching fireworks from the boardwalk, wandering the city in an endless summer but in the end always searching for the safety of home, friends and love. Beneath tight pop hooks and warm melodies, Gold Motels songs are infused with joyous exuberance as well as sweet melancholy.

Full House is the fourth studio album by Frankie Miller, released in 1977. A little more funky than most of his albums but overall, this is another fine batch of songs.

The Andy Fraser composition "Be Good to Yourself" was issued as a single, and reached No. 27 the UK singles chart, becoming Miller's first chart hit.

It features a mix of Miller originals and covers, including a version of John Lennon's "Jealous Guy". Of the five originals here, one was co-written by the man who discovered Miller (Robin Trower) and one of the songs was later covered by Lou Ann Barton.

    House Of Woo

Maxmillion Dunbar's House of Woo is raised on a solid foundation of love. Maxmillion dunbar is one half of Beautiful Swimmers and don behind the Future Times record label. Dunbar first tried his fingers at programming hip hop beats and eventually introduced his rogue breed of house music to the dance world via 2010's Cool Water.

House of Woo counters Cool Water's darkness with shimmering, dazzling light. It is a pure blast of bliss inspired by Dunbar and his girlfriend's deeply rooted relationship. Themes of their devotion never appear lyrically, but ebb in the album's emotional flow. House of Woo's architecture is free of fabricated rigidity, but does bare structural resemblance to some of dance music's outer limit moments. Theo Parrish's narrative masterpiece Parallel Dimensions is touchstone on a track like "Coins For The Canopy", while the cerebral techno of Newworldaquarium takes moving, grooving form on "The Figurine" and album namesake "Woo."

In percussive corners throughout House of Woo, Dunbar drums up native DC Go-Go spirits and skitters into Jersey swing on tracks like "ice room Graffiti". Dunbar deviates even further from the blueprint on "For Mozy" and "Shampoo", pieces that haunt House of Woo with their spectral, synthetic wash outs. Whether showing respect and love for his influences or for his peers and those
even nearer and dearer, Dunbar stands in the doorway waiting with a warm invitation to anyone ready to dance, embrace, and inhabit forever the House of Woo.

    House Of Doom

It only takes a few short bars of the title track 'House Of Doom' to feel that familiar
sensation again: yes, Leif Edling aka the undisputed king of minor key songwriting has
returned. With him, he brings frenzied riffing, melancholy made sound and warm Hammond
organ tapestries that form the pillars of every Candlemass classic! The band is back on
top form with this killer doom epic. The House Of Doom EP comes with 3 bonus tracks,
raw and in your face: The brooding monster of a track 'Flowers Of Deception' indulges
in unadulterated doom heaviness, while the second half of the EP features the stripped-down
ballad 'Fortuneteller' and the wraps up with the almost sludgy 'Dolls On A Wall'. The
Swedish pioneers of timeless slowness managed once again to distill the essence of epic
doom metal on House Of Doom - and at the same time they make waiting for the next

    House With A Curse

How much change is a band willing to endure in pursuit of a dream? In the case of Coliseum, as much as it takes. In the three years since their second album, No Salvation (their first and only for Relapse Records), the Louisville power trio have changed labels, producers, engineers, and replaced the frenetic breakneck speed of former drummer Chris Maggio with the emphatic rhythmic stomp of Carter Wilson, all in the service of producing the album they always dreamed of. That album is House With A Curse, their third full-length and first for Temporary Residence Ltd.

Produced by the band at The Funeral Home in Louisville and mixed by J. Robbins in Baltimore, House With A Curse features no less than a half dozen guests: Will Oldham (Bonnie Prince Billy), J. Robbins (Jawbox), Jason Noble (Shipping News, Rachel, Rodan), Peter Searcy (Squirrel Bait) and more all stopped by to add vocals, extra guitar, strings and whatever else a particular song might have called for. House is not just a new and exciting chapter in the Coliseum story, it's a celebration of the underground music community that inspired its very existence.

    The House At Sea

Amor de Días, the collaboration between Alasdair MacLean (The Clientele) and Lupe Núñez-Fernández (Pipas), release their sophomore album The House at Sea. While debut Street of the Love of Days took three years to make, The House at Sea was recorded and mixed in only nine days. As a result, the sessions centered around a smaller band-the twin Spanish guitars and voices of Núñez-Fernández and MacLean, and an occasional rhythm section of James Hornsey and Howard Monk, both formerly of The Clientele. The fast pace of the sessions resulted in a rawer, more urgent album, recorded by Brian O'Shaughnessy (My Bloody Valentine, Primal Scream, Denim, Birdie) on 1970s valve equipment with a feeling for space and a deliberately limited palette, all the elements of which had to count. The House at Sea is a snapshot of a year's songs written in London and Madrid. There are pop songs, delirious dream accounts, strange lyrical puzzles, and stories from the city and the suburbs. The theme of the sea threads its way throughout the record along with a gentle sense of drifting and departure, of being lost, of saudade-a sadness at lost things.

    Boarding House Reach

BOARDING HOUSE REACH is the new solo album from Jack White, and is a testament to the breadth of the artist's creative power and his bold artistic ambition. This new material finds Jack White expanding his musical palate with perhaps his most ambitious work thus far, a collection of songs that are simultaneously timeless and modern. Written and conceived while holed up in a spartan apartment with literally no outside world distractions, White exclusively used the same kind of gear he had when he was 15 years old (a quarter-inch four-track tape recorder, a simple mixer, and the most basic of instrumentation). The album explores a remarkable range of sonic terrain -- crunching rock 'n' roll, electro and hard funk, proto punk, hip hop, gospel blues, and even country -- all remapped and born anew to fit White's matchless vision and sense of restless experimentation.

BOARDING HOUSE REACH was produced by Jack White III and recorded at Third Man Studio in Nashville, TN, Sear Sound in New York, NY, and Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, CA. The album was mixed by Bill Skibbe, Joshua V. Smith, and White at Third Man Studio in Nashville, TN. The album features White on vocals, acoustic and electric guitars and drums, organ, and synthesizers. He's backed by a remarkable new lineup of musicians that includes: drummer Louis Cato (BeyoncÉ, Q-Tip, John Legend, Mariah Carey), bassists Charlotte Kemp Muhl (The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger) and NeonPhoenix (Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z), synthesizer players DJ Harrison and Anthony Brew Brewster (Fishbone, The Untouchables), keyboardists Neal Evans (Soulive, Talib Kweli, John Scofield) and Quincy McCrary (Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Pitbull), percussionists Bobby Allende (David Byrne, Marc Anthony) and Justin PorÉe (Ozomatli), and backing vocalists Esther Rose and Ann & Regina McCrary of Nashville's beloved gospel trio, The McCrary Sisters, as well as longtime collaborators like drummers Daru Jones (Nas, Talib Kweli) and Carla Azar (Autolux, Depeche Mode, Doyle Bramhall II). Singer-songwriter C.W. Stoneking also appears, contributing a stirring spoken word performance to the album's Abulia and Akrasia.

Jack White is a 12-time GRAMMY® Award-winner and 35-time nominee. His most recent full-length release, 2016's JACK WHITE ACOUSTIC RECORDINGS: 1998-2016 (Third Man Records/Columbia), collected 26 acoustic-based songs from throughout White's wide-ranging musical career, spanning album tracks, B-sides, remixes, alternate versions, and previously unreleased material from The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and White's groundbreaking solo career. The collection debuted at #1 on Billboard's Vinyl Albums chart upon its September 2016 release - a position also achieved by 2012's RIAA gold certified solo debut, BLUNDERBUSS, and 2014's chart-topping LAZARETTO, both of which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 as well.

    House Of Spirits

A more melancholic take on Brian Eno's "Baby's On Fire",
only with dusty country-style vocal harmonies - Pitchfork

Bells of Paonia is a lush and pretty fuzz-guitar drone with
plenty of starry-eyed melody in there - Stereogum

Warm organ tones shine through the fuzz, showing The Fresh &
Onlys at their most earnest and heartfelt. - Consequence of
    Sound

With surreal nightmares, glistening pop tempered by sinister
undertones and even unsettling experimentalism, The Fresh & Onlys'
fifth album, House of Spirits is the San Francisco quartet's most
focused and most experimental yet. The material gestated during
vocalist Tim Cohen's isolated stay on an Arizonan horse ranch where
he documented dreams in a bedside notebook. The resultant songs are
by turns pristine, feverish, and bizarre, as The Fresh & Onlys returned
to Lucky Cat Studios in San Francisco with Phil Manley (Trans Am)
to recast the textures, leaps of logic and evocative character of
    Cohen's dreams into songs.

    Enter The Slasher House

Double LP Includes Two 180g Heavyweight Vinyl With Two Printed Inner Card Stock Sleeves

Domino is proud to announce the debut album Enter The Slasher House from Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks.

Slasher Flicks by name alone is not what it appears to be. Scrambled horror film soundtracks? Not even
remotely. A bunch of East Coasters making their quintessential LA album? No, more like escape from
LA, say leather masked guitar-wielding Avey Tare (of Animal Collective), knife-wielding keyboard player
Angel Deradoorian (of Dirty Projectors, Deradoorian), and the cannibal chief drummer and decaying
grandfather Jeremy Hyman (of Ponytail, Dan Deacon).

Having composed the bones of these eight songs on acoustic guitar, Avey Tare invited Deradoorian, to
create melodic lines to flesh them out. Inspired by Ken Burns' Jazz history documentary, they needed
a drummer who could play "free but structured"; enter Hyman. The group produced and recorded the
songs live at the Lair studio using only minimal overdubs; the live sound being key to Slasher Flicks'
    spooky dynamism.

Engineers include: Kevin Guineri, Donnel Cameron, Brett Gurewitz. Principally recorded at Westlake Studios, Hollywood, California between May and June 2001.
