First 750 Numbered Copies Pressed On 180 Gram Orange Vinyl, Black Vinyl Thereafter

Sufferer was one of the classic tunes from the skinhead or boss reggae era of the late sixties, with its popularity, along with a number of subsequent follow-ups, leading to a debut album of the same name by the vocal trio who had burst upon the Jamaican music scene in 1967: The Kingstonians.

Showcasing a dozen of the group's best known works to date for esteemed Kingston-based producer, Derrick Harriott, the LP features a number of sizable Jamaican hits, including Singer Man, Hold Down, Nice Nice, as well as the best-selling title track.

Soon after its release, the group moved on to work with other Jamaican producers of note, but unable to sustain their popularity, all but disappeared from the local music scene by the late seventies.

Meanwhile, this, their one and only long player, continued to attract interest and today is regarded one of the finest ever vinyl collections of boss reggae sounds, with original copies now highly prized, not to mention, extremely valuable collector's items.

    Abuse To Suffer

    Limited Edition Double LP

Rotten Sound are back and angrier than ever. Grindcore is not for the faint of heart and these Finns do not subscribe to the idea of compromise. Abuse to Suffer remains true to the band's resilient roots, while not falling into the traps of chewing endlessly on an old formula gone stale or not daring to add an element of surprise when fitting the style. What sets Rotten Sound apart from other protagonists in the field is an obvious intelligence that shows in their to-the-point songwriting, arrangements, and subtle inclusion of choice death metal elements in their massive sound.

With Abuse to Suffer, Rotten Sound are hammering out an album that equally acknowledges the band's celebrated past as well as breaking into some new harsh ground that keeps the fire burning.

    The Suffering

Long Awaited 4th Full Length Release

Dawn of Demise was formed in Silkeborg, Denmark in 2003 with one sole purpose - to play heavy and groovy death metal. Here 13 years later that goal hasn't changed. The band's emphasis has always been on heaviness, groove, good songs and catchy riffs which has over the years solidified them in the death metal scene.

The band has, during the course of its existence wherein 4 releases have seen the light of day, shaped their death metal sound which best can be described as heavy US style death metal with lots of elements from the world of slam. With inspirations like: Suffocation, Pyrexia, Internal Bleeding, Abominable Putridity, Obituary, and Inveracity the heavier death metal element doesn't come as a complete surprise.

After receiving great reviews of the previous album "Rejoice in Vengeance" Dawn of Demise is now ready with its 4th full length album "The Suffering".

    Against The Grain (Awaiting Repress)

Against the Grain is the fifth album (and seventh release overall) by punk rock band Bad Religion released on November 23, 1990.
Like Bad Religion's previous two albums, Suffer and No Control, and subsequent album, Generator, Against the Grain is considered by many to be the band's greatest album, and it contains many songs that are constantly cited as the band's best, including Faith Alone, 21st Century (Digital Boy), Anesthesia, Against the Grain, God Song and Modern Man. Other favorites are Get Off, Flat Earth Society and Walk Away, but are rarely played live. Walk Away has never been played live once. Despite no promotion by radio and television, Against The Grain managed to sell over 100,000 copies

    Peste

Peste was recorded in Italy (where Hierophant is headquartered) at MV Multimedia Studio. This 10-song album is the follow-up to 2013's acclaimed Great Mother : Holy Monster, which was called ...a searing brand of no-holds-barred dark hardcore that's characterized by bleak, unrelenting guitars and harsh, incomprehensible vocals by Big Cheese Magazine.

It was hard to fathom Hierophant harnessing the potential to create a record heavier and more malicious than Great Mother : Holy Monster, an already pummeling whiplash of American D-beat-inflected metallic hardcore. Lo and behold: Peste manages just that as a superior, succinctly crushing assault, its tendencies largely erring on the side of European death metal. Hierophant spell out the desolation and desperation leveled by a war amid the id, ego and super-ego, all torturous, violent imagery and morbid, damning assertions that make it a pleasantly grim nightmare to suffer through.

    Sylvan Esso

Sylvan Esso was not meant to be a band. Rather, Amelia Meath had written a song called "Play It Right" and sung it with her trio Mountain Man. She'd met Nick Sanborn, an electronic producer working under the name Made of Oak, in passing on a shared bill in a small club somewhere.

As 2012 slipped into 2013, Sanborn and Meath reconvened in the unlikely artistic hub of Durham, N.C., a former manufacturing town with cheap rent and good food. Sylvan Esso became a band.

A year later, their self-titled debut-a collection of vivid addictions concerning suffering and love, darkness and deliverance-arrives as a necessary pop balm, an album stuffed with songs that don't suffer the longstanding complications of that term.

These 10 tunes were realized and recorded in Sanborn's Durham bedroom during the last year, an impressive feat considering the layers of activity and effects that populate them-the dizzyingly crisscrossed harmonies of "Play it Right," the gorgeously incongruous elements of "Wolf," the surreptitiously minimalist momentum of "HSKT." Sanborn's production is fully modern and wonderfully active. He enlists obliterating dubstep stutters and crisp electropop pulses, hazy electrostatic breezes and epinephrine dancefloor turnarounds. But this isn't a workout in production skills or a demonstration of electronic erudition. Instead, his music syncs seamlessly with Meath's melodies, so that the respective words and beats become a string of ready-to-play singles.

The irrepressible "Hey Mami" webs handclaps and harmonies around a flood of bass, a strangely perfect canvas for a tale of dudes hollering at neighborhood tail (and, finally, finding the chivalry not to do so). "Coffee" sparkles and quakes, patiently rising from a muted spell of seasonal affective disorder to a sweet rupture of schoolyard glee. These pop cuts condescend neither to their audience nor their makers.

They are sophisticated, but with none of the arrogance that can imply; they are addictive, but with none of the banality that can entail. There is sensuality and sexual depravity, homesickness and wanderlust, nostalgia and immediacy. Sylvan Esso acknowledges that the world is a tumult of complications by giving you a way to sing and dance with those troubles, if not to will them away altogether.

From the opening track, the wonderful melancholia of "Tears of Joy" to the sweeping strings and galloping beat of "Complete Surrender" to the brassy and hook-laden "Suffering Me, Suffering You" this is the sound of a band coming into their own and creating an album brimming with confidence, skill and managing, throughout, to harness both the spirit of their influences and their constant desire to experiment.

    Pyramid Of The Sun

Recorded throughout 2009 and 2010, Pyramid of the Sun is the most dynamic, melodic and tuneful Maserati album of the bands decade-long career. Retaining the trademark driving momentum that makes the bands live shows so euphoric, Pyramid explores the lighter and darker sides of their sound, anchored by more melodic and varied song structures and exhilarating production.

Mixed with Justin Van Der Volgen (!!!, Out Hud, TBD) and Temporary Residence founder Jeremy deVine (Sonna), Pyramid Of The Sun includes two collaborations with friend and tourmate Steve Moore (Zombi) in the form of the Cluster-meets-Jan Hammer scorcher Theyll No More Suffer From Thirst and the synth-heavy dance epic Oaxaca. Closing the album is the bittersweet Bye MFriend, Goodbye, a motorik summer punk jam that splits the difference between Wipers and Neu!; it also carries the bittersweet distinction of being one of the bands finest songs, and the final track written which was recorded with their legendary drummer Jerry Fuchs, who tragically passed away during the making of this album.

    Kill (Picture Disc) (Awaiting Repress)

    25th Anniversary Limited Pressing

Original Uncensored Art On A Vibrant Picture Disc

Simply titled but meticulously assembled, Kill was recorded with producer Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal/ex-Morbid Angel) at Mana Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida. The tenth record of their storied career, each track basks in its own claustrophobic abrasiveness and maniacal subject matter. From the onset of the fiery The Time To Kill Is Now, guitarists Barrett and Pat O'Brien, vocalist George Corpsegrinder Fisher, bassist Alex Webster and drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz pummel with a renewed sense of urgency. Fast, furious and scrupulously timed, the tune is a palpable reminder that Cannibal remains a force to be reckoned. Make Them Suffer sears with an old school Possessed vibe (a band to whom Cannibal has paid homage to on several occasions), while Necrosadistic Warning, replete with a barrage of blistering solo work by O'Brien whose guitar deftness is often underestimated, comes riddled with visions of zombies sexually gratifying themselves with the body parts of! the beings they've slain. Other tracks like the telling Five Nails Through The Neck, Death Walking Terror, Brain Removal Device and instrumental closer Infinite Misery see the five-piece at their most cogent, both lyrically and musically.

Older, wiser, and as malevolent as ever before, the time to Kill is now!

    Burials

Multiplatinum alt-rock band AFI release their highly anticipated new album Burials.

Rolling Stone described the albums first single I Hope You Suffer as an epic song, layering [lead vocalist Davey] Havok's anguished cries within a lightning storm of distortion, synthetic orchestrations, and volcanic percussion.

AFI perform and preview new songs from Burials during their North American tour, which kicks off September 12th, 2013 in Minneapolis.

Burials is AFI's ninth full-length studio album and first for Republic Records. The Cali-based band recorded the album with producer Gil Norton (Pixies,
Patti Smith, Foo Fighters) at East West Studios in Los Angeles. The record was mixed by Andrew Scheps (Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers).

In other news, a remix of the first single 17 Crimes will serve as the end title track to the film, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.
Since the release of 1995's debut album Answer That and Stay Fashionable, AFI have written and recorded five top ten hit singles (Miss Murder,
Medicate, Love Like Winter, Silver and Gold, Girl's Not Grey), hit No. 1 on The Billboard 200 (with the stunning Decemberunderground), garnered
critical acclaim and amassed a fiercely loyal international following whose members number in the millions.

    13 Reasons Why - Season 2 (A Netflix Original Series Soundtrack) (Pre-Order)

The original soundtrack to 13 Reasons Why (Season 2) is set for release on vinyl via Interscope Records.

The 13 Reasons Why (Season 2) soundtrack features brand-new music from Selena Gomez ("Back To You"), OneRepublic featuring Logic ("Start Again"), Billie Eilish featuring Khalid ("lovely"), YUNGBLUD featuring Charlotte Lawrence ("Falling Skies"), and Lord Huron featuring Phoebe Bridgers (a new version of "The Night We Met"). Like its predecessor, the soundtrack also features a mix of '80s New Wave favourites including classics from New Order, Echo & The Bunnymen, Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark, Tears For Fears, and Siouxsie and the Banshees.

The second season of 13 Reasons Why picks up in the aftermath of Hannah Baker's death and the start of the characters' complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah's death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay Jensen and his classmates to the discovery that Hannah wasn't the only one to suffer at the hands of Liberty's elite. This season the truth will come out - in and out of the courtroom.

After 13 Reasons Why launched last year, it ruled THR's Top TV Songs chart with a record-setting seven songs - the most ever for a single television series. The original version of Lord Huron's "The Night We Met" topped the TV Songs chart for two consecutive months and has 219 million Spotify streams to date.

    My Garden State

My Garden State was written in the New Jersey home where Glenn's family moved in 1966, while he was caring for his mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. The songs and sounds on the album are reflective, but never dour or sad. The songs are evocative and redolent, and serve as a testament to Glenn's talent for conveying a wide array of emotions, many times in one song, without saying a word.
